3.Will the rooms have LCD projection and speakers?
a.Participants are encouraged to bring their own dongle (adapter) for their Macs. PCs are more standardize if your computer is not, bring your adapter.
b.Most rooms have a built-in sound system—if not we will, provide.
c.Overheads are a “tool of the past” according the tecs and we are requesting powerpoints to facilitate smooth transitions.
d.In Prints on the Price Center Plaza will have the technology to make the convertions
e. A limited amount of computers will be available for presenters. Inform the ISCAR team member in charge of your presentation location for this service. Team members will be stationed at the Price Center, Calit2, and Warren College prior to the presentations.

5.How we will get wireless connection on campus?
a.We have 300 accounts that will go into effect during the week of the conference and will be made available at registration.

7. Where is Atkinson Hall, Warren College and the Price Center and the University of San Diego where the Pre-Conference and Members’ meeting and Kozulin’s talk which adjacent to the facility:
a. All these buildings are very close together—no more than a 3-5 minute
Walk from each other—they are located on the north side of Campus on Voight Avenue

d.(I have had a heck of a time finding adequate maps for the program—actually I just finished drafting one myself—we will also have construction around this route—so it will require extra patience.
e.Shuttles are the cheapest way to get to campus, taxi caps the easiest. These are available in front of the Airport.
8. How long are the sessions, how long is my talk and when do I give my presentation?
a.All sessions are an hour and a half
b.Time allocated to panelist is determined by symposia organizer or mutually agreed by panelists in constituted panels
c.The name on the index in the Program page tells individuals the day and session (S) of presentation. Times vary across session—so you may have to consult Congress Itinerary.
d.If you are not listed in the Index, please let us know.
9. Can I register when I arrive at ISCAR?
Registration is not available through email after September 5, 2008. On-site registration will be available on Sunday, September 7th at the Warren Conference Center and on Monday, September 8th at Calit2 Atkinson Hall from 4-7pm. Please bring your registration and payment (cash, credit card or traveler's checks) on either of those days. Attendees will be able to register on the day they arrive.
10. How will I get information during the conference?
There will be an ISCAR help desk.

12. Can I present in a language other than English?
Presentations can be in preferred languages with the use of an interpreter.
